Mr Franklin Ifedi started his professional career with SNEPCO (Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company) and then moved to join Hydrodive Nigeria Limited (at startup) as Projects and Cost Controller in 2002 where he rose to various leadership positions. In year 2010 he became Director, Projects and swiftly after was appointed Deputy Managing Director in year 2011. He served as Deputy Managing Director till year 2020 when he was elevated to the position of MD and Group CEO of the company. He is an accomplished oil & gas Exeutive with 20 years global experience in the commercial diving and diving support vessel segments of the upstream offshore petroleum industry. He also oversees a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, West African Oilfield Services (WAOS) which focuses on EPCI segment of the oil & gas industry.

Franklin has executed over 900 projects in Nigeria and West Africa; his expertise includes Executive Leadership, Negotiations, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Retention, Client Management, Cash Flow Projections, Market Penetration and Dispute Resolution.

Franklin holds a BSc. in Surveying and Geo-Informatics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is experienced at working with C-level client leadership, responding to organizational crisis situations, and negotiates through operational, commercial and governmental disputes.
